Being that I am impulsive I decided I wanted my deck power washed at 2:00pm on a Monday. When I began to call around I found that I was given a lot of reasons people could not come out and almost all the other companies told me that no one can do a same day proposal and power wash......which was the case until I called Dominion Powerwash.

In a matters of seconds I was on the phone with the owner himself. He stated that same day might be tough but he would see what he could do (that is all I wanted the other companies to do - at least try) after being on hold for a short time he told me that someone would be right out for the proposal and if everything worked out they would get a crew out to me the same day.

Within 30 minutes an agent from Dominion Powerwash arrived, went over everything, and even answered a few other general home maintenance questions that I had. With a great price quoted I gave Donminion Powerwash the go ahead and they made the call to have the crew come out.

Shortly after the owner called me personally just to make sure I did not have any last minute questions and informed me that the crew would be arriving shortly. Sure enough there was a knock at the door almost as I hung up with him.

Being in the hospitality field customer service is of the utmost importance to me and Dominion Powerwash exceeded all my expectations

Oh and no surprise here; my deck has never looked better
